This SOP should be followed by prospective Students who want to take admission in Smt. Indira Gandhi College of Engineering (SIGCE) for registration in SIGCE’s Student Information Management System.
Students who and are allotted that seat and are desirous to take admission to SIGCE should freeze the seat as per CET SOP.
Once the seat at SIGCE is frozen in the program (course) of their choice, it is mandatory for students to register themselves in SIGCE Student Information Management System.

Student can complete this registration process from home or by coming to college in case they need help with completing this form.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR ADMISSION WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED TILL YOU VERIFY YOUR ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS WITH THE ADMISSION CELL AND PAY THE REQUISITE FEE TO ACCOUNTS BY COMING TO THE COLLEGE.
Completing this registration from home will expediate your admission process once you come to college for document verification and fee payment.
However, this entire registration form can also be completed by using compute facilities provided by the college in its premises when you report to college to confirm your seat.
Students can conveniently pay their Academic Fee, Examination Fee, Document Verification Fee, Transcript Request Fee, and other applicable charges using the QR code or UPI ID provided below.
Steps for Payment:
- Scan the QR code using any UPI-enabled payment app or manually enter the UPI ID to make the payment.
- Enter the required fee amount and complete the transaction.
- After a successful transaction, note down the Transaction ID.
- Share the Transaction ID along with your Name, Roll Number, and Payment Purpose with the Accounts Department for verification.
